Jumping
McLain Ward
McLain Ward is a world-renowned international grand prix show jumper representing the United States. Currently ranked among the top athletes in the sport, Ward is a five-time Olympian and has earned both team gold and silver Olympic medals. Throughout his illustrious career, he has claimed victory at prestigious events such as The Dutch Masters, CHI Geneva, and the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping. A pivotal member of the gold medal-winning U.S. team at the 2018 World Equestrian Games, Ward continues to be a dominant figure in the global equestrian community.
Karl Cook
Karl Cook is an Olympic and international grand prix rider representing the U.S. He owns and operates Pomponio Ranch in California, which produces top-level show jumpers. Cook recently won the 2023 American Gold Cup and the 2024 Rolex Grand Prix of Rome. He was part of the gold medal-winning U.S. team at the 2023 Pan American Games and helped Team USA secure a silver medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Cook continues to compete at the five-star level and has participated in several FEI World Cup Finals.
Ashlee Bond
Ashlee Bond is an international grand prix rider representing Israel. She competed in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and helped Israel reach the team final, finishing 9th overall. Bond continues to compete at the highest level, including five-star events, with her top horse, Donatello 141. In 2024, she withdrew Donatello from the individual qualifiers at the Paris Olympics after a strong but challenging performance in the team final. Ashlee operates her showjumping business out of Wellington, Florida, where she focuses on developing young horses for top-level competition
Amy Millar
Amy Millar is a prominent Canadian show jumper who has competed at the highest levels of the sport. She represented Canada in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, where she was part of the Canadian show jumping team. Millar has also competed internationally at the CSI5* level, with notable achievements including top placings at the 2012 Nations Cup CSI5* at Spruce Meadows and the 2012 Dublin Horse Show CSI5* Grand Prix. She also secured a significant win in the 2016 World Cup Qualifier in Bromont. In recent years, Millar has continued to build on her impressive career with strong performances and consistent results on the international circuit.
Sharn Wordley
International grand prix rider representing New Zealand, and co-founder of Wordley Martin. He has represented his country in many nations cups, the 2008 Olympics, the 2018 World Equestrian Games, and continues to ride at the top level.
Ali Ramsey
International grand prix rider representing Canada. Ramsay competes primarily on the West Coast and is building up her own Ramsay Equestrian, LLC while bringing along a string of horses. Has recently had multiple wins at the two and three star level at the Desert Horse Park.
Lauren Balcomb
International grand prix show jumper representing Australia. She has represented Canada on multiple Nation’s Cup teams and was part of the silver-winning team at the 2023 Pan American Games.
Andrew Bourns
International grand prix show jumper representing Ireland. Has shown internationally at the CSI5* level. Top international placings include in the 2012 Nations Cup CSI5* at Spruce Meadows, the 2012 Dublin Horse Show CSI5* Grand Prix and winning the 2016 World Cup Qualifier in Bromont.

Tamie Smith
International Eventing rider for the United States. Tamie’s accolades include the winner of the 2023 Land Rover Kentucky 5*, Reserve Champion of the 2022 Maryland 5*, Pan American games Gold Medalist, and much more.
Boyd Martin
International level eventing rider for the United States. Boyd stands as an elite-level athlete in the eventing world and has the most five-star level horses competing across the globe in eventing of any current rider. For his outstanding achievements, he was most recently named the 2023 USEA Rider of the Year. Boyd’s resume boasts a series of accolades including representing the U.S. at the Olympic games on three occasions, two Pan-American Games gold medals, and two major five-star wins, just to name a few.
Doug Payne
International eventing rider representing the United States. Was part of the U.S. eventing team for Tokyo 2020. Has represented the U.S. at the Pan American Games where he was part of the team to win gold in 2019 and finished fourth place individually. Has also finished in the top five at prestigious events such as the Carolina International CCI4*-S and the Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event, presented by MARS Equestrian.
Reining/Western
Fernando Salgado
Owns and operates Fernando Salgado Reining Horses out of Gainesville, Texas and has recently become the NRHA’s newest million-dollar rider. He is known for having a knack with young horses, working primarily with Open Futurity and Derby Horses. Some of his major accomplishments include the Team Championship and individual third place at the 2023 Teton Ridge The American Performance Horseman, Level 3 Open Champion at the 2022 National Reining Breeders Classic, 2022 Oklahoma Ride and Slide Derby Level 4 Open Champion, and more.
Craig Schmershal
NRHA 5 million dollar rider and 3rd all-time leading rider. He is the only Level 4 Open champion of all five major events including The Run for a Million, the NRHA Futurity, NRHA Derby, National Reining Breeders Classic, and the Quarter Horse Congress. He has also been a multi-time gold and silver medalist for the U.S. at the World Equestrian Games.
Gina Schumacher
Gina-Maria is a highly successful rider, and has won multiple competitions over the years, including the FEI World Reining Championships in Switzerland in 2017. In February 2018, she won a gold medal at the National Reining Horse Association's novice Cavalli and she topped World Championships for junior riders in 2018.
Pond Hill (Kaci O'Rourke)
NRHA professional rider. Her successes include competing in the Open Finals at NRBC, NRHA Derby, and NRHA Futurity and winning at multiple Derby and Futurity events. She began her professional career under the tutelage of champions such as Casey Deary and Craig Schmersal but has been involved in horse management since a young age at her family’s Pond Hill Ranch.

Gates Gridley
Lead instructor for National Polo Center in Wellington, Florida and former member of Team USPA. Finding his passion for polo early on thanks to his father’s influence, Gates thrived in the competitive team atmosphere. He honed his skills under the mentorship of his father, Joe Casey, and Joey Casey, as well as from time spent with Owen Rinehart and Beth Skolnik.
