OFFICIAL RULES
1. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 48 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding New York and Florida), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER
A. Purchase Entry
You will automatically receive entries when you purchase a Masterclass Offer
There is no limit to the number of entries you can receive through purchase.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotional period begins on the Effective Date and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 12, 2027 (the “Promotion Period”)
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a 3B Laser worth $1,999
.
Total Prize Pool Value: $1,999 USD.
The prize is non-transferable and no substitution is allowed, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
The winner will be selected via a random drawing conducted on using a giveaway selector tool during a live Instagram Story on Sponsor’s official account: @americacryo.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The selected winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the drawing.
If the winner does not respond within ten (10) days of the notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
8. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes related to prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law. Please consult your tax advisor.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
10. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, voice, and city/state for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
- Technical malfunctions or interruptions
- Any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance/use of the prize
12. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner will be publicly announced via Sponsor’s Instagram Story (@americacryo) after the drawing.
A separate winners list will not be mailed.
13. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
This promotion is void in New York, Florida, and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law.
14. Limit of One Entry During Any Rolling Twelve-Month Period
These rules become effective upon publication on August 13, 2026 (the “Effective Date”). The promotional period begins on the Effective Date and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 12, 2027 (the “Promotion Period”). America Cryo intends to conduct separate Masterclass Giveaways weekly during the Promotion Period, with the applicable entry and drawing dates published for each giveaway.
An individual is eligible to enter a Masterclass Giveaway only if they have not entered any America Cryo Masterclass Giveaway during the preceding twelve (12) months. Entries made before the Effective Date will count when determining eligibility under this twelve-month limitation.
Limit one entry per person during any rolling twelve-month period. Using a different name, email address, telephone number, account, or other identifying information does not create additional eligibility.
Duplicate or otherwise ineligible entries will be void. America Cryo reserves the right to verify an entrant’s identity and participation history using its records and to disqualify entries that it reasonably determines violate this limitation.
Individuals may continue attending educational masterclasses while ineligible for a giveaway, but attendance does not restore or create additional giveaway eligibility.
This restriction applies to each giveaway whose entry period opens on or after the Effective Date and will be enforced consistently for all participants.
